Princeton Girls Softball offers recreational softball programs for girls from the ages of 5-15 who live in Princeton Borough and Township. We are committed to making our program both enjoyable as well as instructional. The teaching of softball fundamentals along with good sportsmanship is stressed.

The Princeton Elks are excited to announce the date and location for the 3rd Annual Princeton Elks "Batter-Up" Contest. The contest will be held Sunday, June 17, 2012, from 5-7pm at the McKnight Baseball Complex, Field H.

This is a great competition for our young baseball players to showcase their hitting skills. Players between the ages of 5-15 (as of April 30, 2012), or Challenger League players between the ages of 5-18 (as of April 30, 2012) are eligible to compete. A copy of each child's birth certificate will be required as proof of age at the event.

The contest is free for all participants. Players finishing 1st, 2nd, or 3rd, in their respective age category, will be eligible to compete in the District Batter Up Contest.

Little League Softball will once again be hosting an international Softball Tournament.  The tournament begins with the district level where towns play each other and one comes out and plays in States and then districts and then to the Softball Little League world series in Oregon. 

As our charter is with Little League, we can enter a team in the 12U and 10U division. You must be 12 and under as of 12/30 for the 12U group and 10 and under as of 12/30 for the 10U group.   

The 12U tournament will be double elimiation to begin play on 6/19.  The 10U tournament will be double elimination to begin play on 6/22. 

If you are interested in participating/playing - please let me know.  If we have a handful of kids wanting to play, we may combine with Cranbury/Plainsboro or Lawrence Little League.  But, want to get a sense who from Princeton wants to play. 

All you need to do is let me know:  Yes and what division your daughter would want to play in.

Princeton Girls Softball will be participating in the annual Princeton Memorial Day Parade on Saturday, May 26, 2012. The parade will begin at 10:00 AM.

Please plan to arrive between 9:30 AM to 9:45 AM.  Please line up in your team uniform at Princeton Ave and Patton Ave.
